A little story of a dove, but which species?

Dr. Susan Head writes: "Hi...this is a plain jane pigeon, but I like the picture. We found the hurt pigeon outside where I work (a cat-only vet. hospital!). She was lying on her back, stunned (may have flown into the glass window?). We brought her in for a while, then placed her in our landscaping, and we never saw her again. This is a picture I took before she left."

By looking at the picture I can´t tell the species with certainty. Eurasian Collared-Dove (Streptopelia decaocto) or even Mourning Dove (Zenaida macroura)? Any comments on this are welcome!
